Meet Rachel

Hello, my Name is Rachel , im a 350hr EYT, My aim is to take you on a journey to the true essence of yoga.  In an easy to follow light hearted way,

Building strength and resilience in not only your body but also your mind. 

Yoga is so much more than physical practice. Its a practice that penetrates, reveals and transforms you. Taking you from a misguided belief of who you think you should be into a state of presence  realising your true  self, your unchanging essence. 

Rediscover the child like happiness of Joyful uninterrupted bliss.

We do this by learning to connect with our breath, move our bodies and learn to quieten the constant chatter of our mind.

When we learn to live in the present moment we appreciate what joys life has to offer, we become happier, kinder, calmer and content 

 

I am a dedicated and passionate yoga teacher, My classes blend traditional yoga postures, breathwork, and meditation to create a holistic practice that empowers individuals to listen to their bodies and cultivate inner peace. With a focus on personal growth and self-awareness, I believe that yoga is an ongoing process of uncovering one's true potential.  To Live a life of purpose, passion and wellbeing.

I don’t know about you, but I often used to feel like I was hitting walls when trying to achieve a specific outcome. I try, then try harder. I tend to overthink, pouring energy into problem-solving, ruminating, and searching for new solutions…It’s part of my nature to fix things. But then I remember—the universe is presenting me with these seemingly unfixable situations to remind me to stop trying and start being. 

 

It’s a lesson I need to remind myself of often—to surrender,  let go, and turn inward instead of focusing outward. Sure, those external frustrations can feel overwhelming, but the more we focus on them, the more stress and anxiety we create, which inevitably takes a toll on our body, mind, and spirit. And this can have a negative ripple effect on  not only us but also those around us  

 

I truly believe that 95% of our stress and struggles stem from our mindset. If we shift our perspective and release our attachment to the outcome, we can radically transform our lives.

Through my journey with yoga, I realized it is much more than just a physical workout. It is a path to inner healing, self-discovery, and mindfulness.

 

I spent so many years rushing through life, never taking the time to appreciate the present moment or the blessings I already had. Yoga has taught me to slow down, be grateful, and find stillness in my mind. It has truly transformed my life and given me a newfound sense of peace and fulfilment.

This personal challenge became my catalyst, launching me into a transformative healing journey, and laying the foundation for the work I do today. 

I've discovered that true fulfilment comes from within,  aligning with who we are authentically,  connecting to our purpose and nourishing ourselves from the inside out.

 The yoga I lead today is built on a unique process to help you build a deep awareness and blossom into your most balanced, radiant authentic self.
